Professional Experience
Jarah has been in private practice in the Clarion area since 2008. Prior to that, Jarah worked as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable James G. Arner, President Judge of the Clarion County Court of Common Pleas, and then as an Assistant District Attorney in Clarion County. She was elected to serve as a Magisterial District Judge in 2019.
She lives with her husband and son in Shippenville.
Education
Jarah attended Clarion University of Pennsylvania where she graduated magna cum laude in December of 2003 and received a Bachelors of Science degree in Communication with a Minor in Political Science. Jarah then attended Duquesne University School of Law. During law school, she participated in the Economic and Community Development Clinic as a student attorney and completed a judicial internship in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania with the Honorable David S. Cercone. She graduated cum laude in June of 2007 and was licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania later that year. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the United States District Court.

Professional Experience
Amanda began her career in real estate and brings over fifteen years of industry experience to her legal practice. Prior to joining Heeter & Associates, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Sara Seidle-Patton, President Judge of the Clarion County Court of Common Pleas. This experience provided her with invaluable insight into judicial processes and legal reasoning at the trial court level. She currently resides in northern Clarion County with her husband and two children.
Education
Amanda earned both her Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate and her Master of Business Administration from Clarion University of Pennsylvania, graduating summa cum laude for both degrees. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law. During law school, Amanda clerked for the Honorable Administrative Law Judge Garvey at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, volunteered with the Syracuse Transactional Law Clinic, and participated in an externship preparing estate planning documents for clients across the country. She also distinguished herself in the American Bar Association’s Law Student Challenge, earning first place nationally.
Jennifer Lander, Paralegal
Jennifer graduated as the Valedictorian of the West Forest High School Class of 2020. She continued her academic journey at Clarion University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, graduating magna cum laude with a minor in real estate.
She is now applying her skills and knowledge at Heeter & Associates, P.C. as a paralegal.
Becca Ehrhart, Paralegal
Becca Ehrhart is a paralegal and notary currently employed at Heeter & Associates, P.C. She graduated from Clarion-Limestone High School in 2014. Following high school graduation she attended Clarion University gaining an Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies and graduated summa cum laude in 2016.
During her spring semester of 2016 she interned for Pope, Drayer, French & Heeter, P.C. where she also started full time employment in November of that year.
Abigail Lander, Paralegal
Abigail graduated as Salutatorian of Venango Catholic High School in 2023. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies with a minor in Criminal Justice at PennWest Clarion.
Abigail expects to graduate in Fall 2026 and looks forward to applying her growing legal knowledge and skills to her professional work.
